Creative Marketing Team Lead

About the role

This is an exciting opportunity for a creative, performance‑driven marketing leader to shape the growth strategy of innovative digital products serving global audiences. Based in Ireland with fully remote options, you will own the end‑to‑end creative operation, turning data insights into high‑impact advertising campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of creative marketing strategies aligned with user acquisition and revenue goals.
• Generate, refine, and oversee advertising concepts and assets across multiple products.
• Manage, mentor, and expand a team of designers and creative marketing specialists.
• Coordinate production workflows to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.
• Partner with user acquisition teams to align creative initiatives with performance targets.
• Establish and optimise testing frameworks for creative experimentation.
• Monitor creative performance metrics and drive continuous improvement.
• Foster a collaborative, results‑oriented culture through coaching and feedback.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading a creative marketing team with multiple direct reports.
• Strong understanding of performance marketing principles and the role of creative assets in acquisition.
• Demonstrated ability to conceptualise and execute high‑performing campaigns.
• Experience implementing structured creative testing and optimisation processes.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Professional English proficiency (B2 level or higher).
• Experience in live‑streaming, social networking, or digital entertainment is a plus.
