Creative Strategist (TikTok Shop)

About the role

You will lead the creative strategy for TikTok, turning the platform into a high‑leverage growth channel for a fast‑growing DTC supplements brand. Working with cross‑functional teams, you will design, test and scale native TikTok content that drives awareness, engagement and conversion.

Key responsibilities

• Own the creative strategy for TikTok organic, paid and TikTok Shop channels.
• Develop repeatable creative frameworks that can be applied across products and campaigns.
• Conduct deep research on TikTok trends, competitor activity, creator formats and audience behavior.
• Translate insights into actionable hooks, scripts, briefs and testing plans.
• Build and continuously refine a testing pipeline for creative concepts, offers and messaging.
• Collaborate with product marketing, paid media, UGC creators and video editors to execute high‑performing TikTok assets.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of the TikTok platform and its native storytelling patterns.
• Experience creating or overseeing content for a primarily female audience (35‑65 years).
• Ability to combine creative research, trend fluency and direct‑response thinking.
• Proven track record of working cross‑functionally in a fast‑paced DTC environment.
