CRM Executive – Boutique (Dublin)

About the role

The CRM Executive will act as the bridge between Chanel's Marketing/CRM team and the boutique in Brown Thomas, Dublin. You will centralise and coordinate CRM activities, embed a client‑centred culture, and support Fashion Advisors in building lasting client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and own the Boutique CRM Action Plan, aligning recruitment, retention, reactivation and conversion targets.
• Analyse Power BI dashboards to extract client insights, share actionable recommendations and report outcomes to Marketing and Boutique Management.
• Coach Fashion Advisors on best practices for client communications, appointment preparation and follow‑up.
• Champion boutique CRM digital tools, delivering regular training on data capture, data quality and tool utilisation.
• Coordinate monthly CRM check‑ins, present insights during briefings and drive engagement through challenges or competitions.
• Manage entertainment, gifting and event coordination, including budget tracking and bespoke client journey planning for top clients.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of luxury retail clienteling and CRM processes.
• Excellent analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable boutique‑level initiatives.
• Proactive communicator who can influence and train a diverse team.
• Detail‑oriented and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Required skills

• Power BI for data analysis and reporting.
