Customer Advisor – Field Agent (Laois/Offaly)

About the role

We are looking for motivated, reliable individuals to join our Re‑turn programme as Customer Advisors – Field Agents covering the Laois/Offaly region. You will work independently, visiting retailers and partners, providing guidance on our systems, and representing the brand in a professional, solution‑focused manner.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct on‑site visits to retailers, collection points and partners to ensure compliance with Re‑turn processes.
• Provide training, guidance and support on system usage, operational requirements and best practices.
• Monitor and report site performance, equipment issues and operational challenges.
• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned locations, building strong relationships.
• Complete accurate field reports and documentation in a timely manner.
• Escalate issues to internal teams when required.
• Support rollout activities such as bulk RVM launches and other regional projects.
• Represent the Re‑turn brand professionally at all times.

Required profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a regional schedule.
• Full clean driving licence and willingness to travel outside the home county.
• Professional, approachable and confident when engaging with retailers.
• Organised, dependable and detail‑oriented.
• Adaptable to a fast‑moving environment with a positive attitude.

• Fixed‑term contract with €14.15 per hour.
