Customer Advocate – French Speaking

About the role

Join HID Global’s Customer Service team in Galway as a French‑speaking Customer Advocate. You will be the primary point of contact for customers throughout the ordering process, ensuring a smooth and satisfying experience.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers in the assigned region.
• Accurately record customer information and interactions in Salesforce CRM.
• Maintain correct default settings for customer accounts in eBS Oracle.
• Handle customer inquiries via phone and email, creating and managing cases in Salesforce.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members, such as the Customer Care Team Leader or Regional Sales Manager.
• Resolve pre‑booking holds and coordinate with other departments to expedite order fulfillment.
• Proactively communicate order status changes to customers.

Required profile

• Passion for delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.
• Self‑starter able to work independently with limited supervision.
• Strong communication skills in both French and English.
• Ability to learn and navigate complex systems and processes.
