Customer Advocate – French Speaking

About the role

We are looking for a French‑speaking Customer Advocate to join HID Global’s Customer Service team in Galway. You will be the main point of contact for French‑language customers, ensuring they receive timely support throughout the ordering process and helping to build lasting relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers in the assigned region.
• Accurately record and update customer information in Salesforce CRM.
• Set up and verify default data for customer accounts in Oracle eBS.
• Handle customer inquiries via phone and email, managing cases in Salesforce and escalating complex issues to the appropriate teams.
• Resolve pre‑booking holds and coordinate with Sales, Order Management and Production Control to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
• Log all communications in the CRM and proactively inform customers of order status changes.

• Strong passion for delivering excellent customer satisfaction.
• Self‑starter who can work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to quickly learn and navigate complex systems and processes.
