Customer Assistant – Early Shifts at Greenhills Road

About the role

Lidl is looking for enthusiastic Customer Assistants to join the Greenhills Road store on early shifts. You will work a 30‑hour week, earning €460+ per week, and help deliver a fantastic shopping experience for every customer.

Key responsibilities

• Interact with customers in a friendly, helpful manner.
• Stock shelves, ensure bakery items are ready for opening, and keep the shop floor fully replenished.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the store.
• Operate tills, minimise queue times and handle cash transactions.
• Follow stock loss controls, freshness and rotation principles.
• Manage waste correctly and assist with stock counts.
• Sell alcohol responsibly (must be 18 +).

Required profile

• Can‑do attitude with excellent customer service skills.
• Reliable, responsible and able to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Team player who enjoys varied tasks.
• Previous customer‑facing experience is a plus but not essential.
