Customer Assistant

About the role

As a Customer Assistant you will join a Boots store team, providing friendly service to shoppers and supporting daily store operations. The role is ideal for candidates seeking their first job or looking for a new challenge in retail.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers at the tills, answer queries and recommend products.
• Promote in‑store offers and schemes to enhance the shopping experience.
• Maintain product displays, ensure shelves are stocked and the store is clean and presentable.
• Support stockroom activities, including receiving and organising merchandise.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver a seamless shopping environment.
