Customer Assistant

About the role
Join Boots as a Customer Assistant and start a career in retail, whether you are looking for your first job or a new challenge. You will work on‑site, reporting to the Assistant or Store Manager, and support customers across the shop floor, tills and back‑room.
Key responsibilities
- Help customers at the till, answer questions and give advice on products.
- Promote in‑store offers and schemes to customers.
- Maintain product displays and ensure the shop floor is tidy.
- Assist with stock handling in the back‑room and replenish shelves.
- Work collaboratively with team members to keep the store clean and presentable.
Required profile
- Enjoy working in a fast‑paced, varied environment.
- Strong communication and listening skills.
- Team‑oriented with a collaborative attitude.
- Attention to detail and understanding that small actions impact customer experience.
- Willingness to act as a brand ambassador for Boots.
