Customer Growth Associate – English & Spanish

About the role

Google is seeking a bilingual Customer Growth Associate to help small‑ and medium‑sized businesses in Spain and the broader region succeed with Google advertising solutions. You will act as a trusted advisor, combining sales expertise with a deep understanding of digital marketing to drive revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Build and nurture relationships with key decision‑makers and business owners.
• Manage large accounts, identify growth opportunities, and track quarterly product adoption.
• Conduct phone consultations to evaluate campaign performance and provide strategic recommendations.
• Influence internal and external stakeholders to deliver impactful advertising solutions.
• Own a media‑sales portfolio, consistently exceed quotas, and contribute to overall business growth.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven experience in digital sales, client management, business development, or related fields.
• Fluent communication in both English and Spanish.
• Strong storytelling ability to engage clients and influence decisions.
• Track record of owning a sales portfolio and over‑achieving targets.
