Customer Service Agent – Dublin HQ

About the role

DID Electrical is seeking an enthusiastic and empathetic Customer Service Agent to join its Fonthill headquarters in Dublin. You will be the primary point of contact for customers across multiple channels, ensuring a professional and helpful experience at every interaction.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound enquiries via phone, email, live chat and social media, providing accurate information on orders, deliveries, installations and service requests.
• Resolve customer queries, manage feedback and complaints, and escalate complex cases when necessary.
• Process web orders, schedule deliveries, and maintain up‑to‑date customer records.
• Manage publicly available DID mailboxes, ensuring timely responses.
• Support internal departments to deliver a seamless service experience.
• Identify sales leads and assist in developing outbound sales strategies.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a fast‑paced customer service environment.
• Excellent telephone manner and professional written communication.
• Strong problem‑solving ability and a proactive attitude.
• Highly organised, detail‑oriented and capable of prioritising workload independently.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
