Customer Service Agent

About the role

Air Liquide Healthcare Ireland is seeking a full‑time Customer Service Agent to join its team at Stratus House, Blanchardstown. You will support home‑care patients and healthcare staff across the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland, handling queries, coordinating deliveries and processing orders.

Key responsibilities

• Answer queries from home‑care patients and healthcare staff in a dynamic environment.
• Liaise with internal and external contacts to resolve daily delivery issues.
• Process orders and tasks for field staff using the company’s bespoke database.
• Ensure service levels and targets are consistently exceeded.
• Perform ad‑hoc office administration duties as required.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of customer service, sales assistant or administrative experience.
• Customer‑focused with an excellent telephone manner.
• Strong communication, organizational skills and ability to prioritize workload.
• Flexible approach and willingness to work occasional Saturdays.

Required skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Word.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics (desirable but not essential).
