Customer Service Assistant

About the role

We are looking for a friendly and reliable individual to join our team as a Customer Service Assistant in Ireland. Working 37.5 hours per week, Monday‑Friday, you will support our catering operations and ensure a positive experience for clients and customers.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare high‑quality food items and assemble attractive counter displays.
• Represent Compass Group Ireland and uphold our brand image.
• Handle cash transactions efficiently and operate the register.
• Maintain strict food handling, hygiene and health‑and‑safety standards.
• Contribute to a clean, safe and welcoming work environment.

Required profile

• Positive, can‑do attitude with a genuine passion for customer service.
• Team‑player who thrives under pressure and manages time effectively.
• Reliability and commitment to safety in all tasks.
• Previous experience in a catering or food‑service role is a plus, but enthusiasm is essential.
