Customer Service Assistant – Retail (Athlone)

About the role

You will deliver an outstanding customer experience in a busy retail betting shop in Athlone. Working closely with the Shop Manager and team, you will help keep the store running smoothly while promoting the brand’s multi‑channel offerings.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Shop Manager and Assistant Manager with daily shop operations.
• Open and close the shop, including cash management and security procedures.
• Accept and process customer bets via betting terminals and the EPOS system.
• Maintain high presentation standards and ensure compliance with safety and social responsibility policies.
• Act as a brand ambassador, introducing customers to in‑shop and online products.
• Step in to lead the team in the absence of senior managers.

• Strong attention to detail and numeracy skills.
