Customer Service Assistant – Retail (Cashel)

About the role

Join a leading sports‑betting retailer as a Customer Service Assistant in Cashel. You will deliver a friendly, knowledgeable experience to customers while supporting the shop manager in daily operations.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Shop Manager and Assistant Manager with day‑to‑day store activities.
• Open and close the shop, manage cash procedures and ensure accurate bet processing.
• Accept and process bets via betting terminals and the EPOS system.
• Maintain high store presentation standards and compliance with safety and social‑responsibility policies.
• Act as a brand ambassador, guiding customers through multi‑channel and digital betting options.

Required profile

• Customer‑service oriented with a helpful, friendly attitude.
• Strong numeracy and attention to detail for cash handling.
• Ability to work under pressure, adapt to a fast‑paced retail environment and cover shifts 7 days a week.
• Interest in sports and betting, with a desire to build rapport with customers.
