Customer Service Associate – Part‑Time (20 hrs)

About the role

Join Greystar’s on‑site team to deliver exceptional resident experiences in a vibrant community. You will support day‑to‑day property management, marketing and tenancy administration on a 20‑hour weekly schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Provide front‑of‑house customer service, anticipating and exceeding resident expectations.
• Handle resident queries and complaints in line with Greystar’s procedures.
• Support community events and maintain relationships with university clients.
• Maintain local knowledge resources for residents (travel, entertainment, amenities).
• Perform administrative tasks such as logging maintenance requests, filing notices and updating databases.
• Assist with marketing activities, open days and leafleting to promote the property.
• Conduct sales and leasing activities, including viewings and follow‑ups.
• Participate in health and safety compliance and on‑call emergency support.

Required profile

• Good level of general education.
• Excellent customer‑service experience in a client‑facing role.
• Strong relationship‑building, influencing and autonomous decision‑making abilities.
• Fluent written and verbal English with solid organisational skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Experience using databases or booking systems (training provided for in‑house tools).

What we offer

• Annual base salary starting from €16 250 for a 20‑hour‑per‑week part‑time contract.
• Eligibility to participate in on‑site bonus programmes.
