Customer Service Executive – French & Spanish/Portuguese (Shift)

About the role

We are looking for a Customer Service Executive to join Workhuman’s multilingual support team. The position works Monday‑Friday from 14:00 to 22:30 and involves assisting customers by phone and email, handling routine requests as well as complex supply‑chain issues.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries in French, English and either Spanish or Portuguese.
• Troubleshoot password requests, account problems and supply‑chain malfunctions.
• Document each interaction, track resolutions and suggest improvements.
• Maintain high customer‑satisfaction scores by delivering a positive Workhuman experience.
• Collaborate with global teams to continuously improve processes.

Required profile

• Full fluency in French, English and either Spanish or Portuguese.
• Strong focus on delivering excellent customer experience.
• Ability to build relationships across cultures and resolve disputes effectively.
• Ambitious, hard‑working, positive attitude with a desire to grow a career in customer support.

Required skills

• Proficiency with standard customer support software and automated workflows.
