About the role
We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Manager to lead our busy customer care function in Roscommon. The role will oversee day‑to‑day operations, ensure high service standards and work closely with internal teams to deliver an excellent customer experience.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, motivate and support the Customer Care team to achieve performance targets.
- Manage daily service operations, handling escalated queries and complaints professionally.
- Oversee CRM usage, ensuring accurate case records and reporting.
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve issues and improve the customer journey.
- Monitor service levels, identify improvement areas and implement efficiency processes.
- Handle customer invoicing, credit notes and related administration with attention to detail.
- Ensure all interactions comply with company standards, GDPR and internal procedures.
- Provide coaching, guidance and development support to team members.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a customer service management role.
- Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Organisational and problem‑solving skills.
Required skills
- Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
