About the role
We are hiring multiple Customer Service Representatives for an international organisation based in Galway. The position works the evening shift (5 pm–1 am) and offers a hybrid working model after the probation period.
Key responsibilities
- Support customers via phone, email and live chat.
- Assist with orders, account queries and product information.
- Resolve issues in a professional and friendly manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Maintain accurate records and keep systems up‑to‑date.
Required profile
- Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
- Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.
- Positive, customer‑focused attitude.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
- Based in Galway or able to commute to Briarhill.

What we offer
- Full‑time permanent contract with a €29,400 base salary plus a 20 % shift allowance.
- Monday–Friday schedule (5 pm–1 am).
