Customer Service Representative – Evening Shift

About the role

We are hiring multiple Customer Service Representatives for an international organisation based in Galway. The position works the evening shift (5 pm–1 am) and offers a hybrid working model after the probation period.

Key responsibilities

• Support customers via phone, email and live chat.
• Assist with orders, account queries and product information.
• Resolve issues in a professional and friendly manner.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Maintain accurate records and keep systems up‑to‑date.

Required profile

• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Positive, customer‑focused attitude.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
• Based in Galway or able to commute to Briarhill.
