Customer Service Representative

About the role

TCS is hiring Customer Service Representatives for its Letterkenny delivery centre. The permanent, full‑time position involves handling inbound customer contacts across phone, web‑chat and email, and providing follow‑up support where first‑call resolution is not possible.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls related to investment, insurance and retirement enquiries.
• Make outbound follow‑up calls when issues require additional handling.
• Manage web‑chat and email interactions to ensure timely assistance.
• Perform administrative and back‑office tasks, including financial transactions and claims assessment.
• Collaborate with other departments to coordinate CPC‑related activities and support overall service operations.

Required profile

• Confident and engaging communication style.
• Ability to handle a variety of customer queries and provide accurate information.
• Willingness to perform administrative and organisational duties.
• Team‑oriented mindset with a focus on delivering quality service.
