Customer Success Manager (German) – 18‑Month Contract

About the role

Wrike is seeking an energetic, customer‑focused professional to join its global Customer Success team as a Customer Success Manager (German). You will manage a portfolio of Mid‑Market and enterprise customers across EMEA, helping them achieve their business goals with the Wrike platform.

Key responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with customers and act as the Wrike advocate throughout their journey.
• Partner with customers to define business goals, timelines, priorities and success metrics, and execute success plans and EBRs.
• Design and deliver engagement and communication strategies that drive ROI and net MRR growth.
• Provide subject‑matter expertise on Wrike, guiding customers on work‑management best practices.
• Collaborate regularly with Sales, Professional Services, Support, Product and other teams to reinforce the CS brand.
• Monitor the book of business, use key account metrics to identify opportunities, and work to avoid churn.
• Maintain detailed actions and communication plans in the Customer Success Management platform.
• Lead end‑to‑end success plan execution, linking customer objectives to measurable outcomes.

Required profile

• Full fluency in English and German.
• 2+ years of experience in Customer Success Management or a customer‑facing role supporting mid‑market clients.
• Experience working with Marketing, Professional Services, IT and PMO teams.
• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with senior leadership.
• Knowledge of project management, business‑process redesign and change management.
