About the role
QbDVision is seeking a Customer Success Manager to join its fast‑growing team serving the Life Sciences sector. You will act as the primary liaison between QbDVision and key customer stakeholders, ensuring they achieve maximum value from the company’s digital CMC solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Build trusted, strategic relationships with R&D, Operations and Manufacturing stakeholders.
- Become an expert on QbDVision’s platform and guide customers toward best‑practice implementations.
- Monitor product usage, identify under‑utilization, and drive adoption of seats and features.
- Document and quantify business outcomes, ROI and impact metrics.
- Identify new use cases and collaborate with Account Management to expand product adoption.
- Develop and execute change‑management programs, including Train‑the‑Trainer initiatives and customer enablement curricula.
Required profile
- 3+ years of experience in life sciences, software or consulting.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
- Proven experience working with global pharmaceutical companies.
- Customer‑facing consulting background with executive‑level relationship management.
- Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time.
