About the role
Arema Connect is looking for enthusiastic, customer‑focused individuals to join its Shared Services team as Customer Support Representatives. In this full‑time position you will provide high‑quality assistance through telephone, email and live‑chat while handling a variety of administrative tasks.
Key responsibilities
- Answer customer enquiries via telephone, email and live chat in a professional manner.
- Deliver first‑contact resolution and maintain high service standards.
- Perform accurate administrative and data‑processing tasks.
- Identify customer needs, suggest appropriate solutions and keep client procedures up to date.
- Escalate trends, issues and feedback to management when necessary.
- Meet individual and team performance targets.
- Support a fast‑paced, dynamic customer‑service environment.
