About the role

Join our award‑winning team at The Brehon Hotel as a Day Porter, providing essential support to guests and ensuring the hotel’s public areas and function spaces are maintained to the highest standards.

Key responsibilities

• Set up conference and function rooms according to booking instructions and standards.
• Maintain a visible presence throughout the hotel, responding promptly to guest requests and queries.
• Assist guests with luggage, take room‑service requests, and deliver room service efficiently.
• Keep all public areas clean and up to standards.
• Support Food & Beverage service as needed.
• Handle guest queries and complaints in a friendly, efficient manner to ensure satisfaction.
• Conduct regular floor walks to monitor guest security.

Required profile
