Deli Assistant – Full & Part‑Time

About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic Deli Assistants to join our SPAR store in Tullow. The role is available on both full‑time and part‑time contracts and involves serving customers and preparing a variety of deli items in a fast‑paced retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and serve sandwiches, salads, hot foods and other deli products.
• Assist customers in selecting items and provide product information.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the deli counter, equipment and storage areas.
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards and comply with health regulations.
• Monitor inventory, rotate stock and support ordering processes.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth deli operations.
