Deli Team Member (Bakewell)

About the role

Join the Applegreen Bakewell team as a Deli Team Member, working on the busy North Ring Road site in Cork. You will play a key part in delivering a high‑quality food experience to customers while supporting the smooth operation of the deli.

Key responsibilities

• Support day‑to‑day operations of the Bakewell deli.
• Maintain a clean and tidy shop floor in line with food safety standards.
• Prepare food items and ensure all food safety policies are met.
• Follow the Bakewell manual and training content.
• Manage stock levels and perform stock control tasks.
• Work closely with management to achieve weekly and quarterly targets.

Required profile

• Can‑do attitude with strong communication skills.
• Enjoy interacting with customers and delivering friendly service.
• Ability to work well with colleagues and contribute to a positive team environment.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks.
