Deputy Store Manager – Zara, Dublin

About the role

We are seeking a Deputy Store Manager to support the Store Manager in running Zara’s Dublin store. You will help manage daily operations, drive sales, and ensure high standards of customer service and visual presentation.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in daily store operations.
• Drive sales and meet store targets.
• Manage and support the team on the shop floor.
• Maintain organization across shop floor, fitting rooms, stockroom and cash desk.
• Communicate effectively with all departments.
• Deliver excellent customer service at all times.
• Support stock control and deliveries.
• Help manage schedules, productivity and team performance.
• Follow health & safety and store procedures.

Required profile

• Retail experience, preferably in a fast‑paced environment.
• Experience leading or supporting a team.
• Strong organisational and time‑management abilities.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Positive attitude and team‑player mindset.
• Flexibility to handle busy periods.
