Design Coordinator – Architectural Projects

About the role

We are seeking a Design Coordinator to join our innovative real estate development team in Dublin. You will work on a diverse portfolio of commercial, residential, and public projects, helping to translate design concepts into compelling visual solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand project requirements and develop design solutions.
• Prepare architectural drawings, 3D models, and presentations using industry‑standard software.
• Conduct site visits and surveys to assess existing conditions and gather relevant data.
• Participate in design reviews and meetings to ensure quality and coherence throughout the design process.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related accredited discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years professional experience in an architectural firm, preferably on residential projects in Ireland.
• Strong design skills with the ability to translate concepts into visual presentations.
• Experience in sustainable design and familiarity with green building certifications is desirable.
