Developer Community Specialist

About the role

The Developer Community Specialist will activate and amplify Analog Devices' developer and partner ecosystem through high‑impact community programmes, both online and in person. Reporting to the Director of Developer Relations, this individual contributor role is central to the company’s developer‑first narrative.

Key responsibilities

• Create, plan, launch, market and deliver developer community initiatives from ideation to measurement.
• Drive hybrid engagement across digital forums and physical venues to foster an inclusive developer community.
• Manage open‑source commitments and steward related collections.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional stakeholders, vendors and partners to ensure programme success.
• Measure ROI, report outcomes and iterate programmes for scale.

Required profile

• Individual contributor with experience in community building and ecosystem activation.
• Strong ability to coordinate cross‑functional teams and external partners.
• Willingness to travel regionally and occasionally internationally.
