Development Officer

About the role

Co-operative Housing Ireland is seeking a Development Officer to join its New Business Development division. Working hybrid from Dublin City Centre, you will manage development projects from inception through to handover, securing funding and coordinating with a range of stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and collate documentation for funding applications, including valuation reports.
• Complete loan applications to the Department of Housing, Housing Finance Agency and other lenders.
• Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders such as lenders, local authorities and the Housing Agency.
• Provide administrative support to the Management Team on current and future development projects.
• Manage project and pipeline folders using the Pamwin software system and prepare summary reports for internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• Impeccable attention to detail and a proven track record in a similar role.
• Experience in accounts, lending, banking or a related field.
• Strong verbal, written and presentation communication skills.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and organisational abilities.
• Permission to work in Ireland.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with the MS Office suite.
• Experience using Pamwin software for project management.
