Digital Designer

About the role

We are looking for a passionate Digital Designer to join the marketing team of a leading financial organisation in Dublin. You will create high‑impact digital assets that engage customers across social, web, mobile and retail screens, working closely with brand and marketing stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver a wide range of digital assets, including social content, video adaptations, display banners, web and mobile advertising, motion graphics, infographics, iconography and internal communications.
• Adapt creative for platform‑specific formats such as Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, web and display, balancing creativity with performance best practices.
• Act as a brand guardian, applying and evolving visual identity within established guidelines and building reusable templates.
• Collaborate with in‑house marketing teams and cross‑functional stakeholders, interpreting briefs, managing multiple projects and contributing to evolving AI‑supported design workflows.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of professional experience creating digital content for social and digital channels.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating high‑quality digital design work.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work within brand guidelines.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast‑moving environment.

Required skills

• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe After Effects
• Adobe InDesign
• Adobe Premiere Pro (or similar video editing software)
• Figma or Adobe Animate
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript
• Familiarity with AI image generation tools and workflows
