Digital Experience Analyst

About the role

The Digital Experience Analyst will turn complex user‑behavior data into actionable insights that guide product and design decisions for a global leader in intelligent data infrastructure. Working closely with UX researchers, designers and product teams, you will use digital analytics tools to surface friction points and uncover new opportunities across the user journey.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze user behavior with FullStory and other analytics platforms to identify friction and growth opportunities.
• Develop, operationalize and report on metrics, segments and dashboards that measure product performance.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to embed behavioral insights into research and product workflows.
• Educate stakeholders on analytics best practices and promote data‑driven decision making.
• Leverage AI‑powered research tools and automation to scale insight generation while ensuring data privacy and governance compliance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in HCI, Psychology, Data Science, Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
• 7–10 years of experience in digital experience analytics, preferably in enterprise/B2B software environments.
• Proven ability to translate quantitative and behavioral data into clear product recommendations.
• Strong communication skills and experience influencing senior stakeholders.

Required skills

• FullStory (or similar digital analytics platform).
• Journey analysis and segmentation techniques.
• SQL, Python, R for data manipulation and analysis.
• Data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.

What we offer

• Office based in Cork with the option to work fully remote.
• 3‑month contract, approximately 30 hours per week, flexible schedule.
