Digital Marketing Officer (Hybrid, Dublin)

About the role

MSF Ireland’s Digital team is looking for a Digital Marketing Officer to develop and execute an evolving digital strategy. You will manage all digital channels, create engaging content, maintain the website and ensure our online activity aligns with MSF’s humanitarian values.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and continuously improve the digital marketing strategy for MSF Ireland.
• Create, publish and optimise content across websites, email, social media and other digital platforms.
• Maintain and update the MSF Ireland website and oversee technical infrastructure.
• Manage relationships with external suppliers, partners and service providers.
• Collaborate closely with fundraising and communications teams to ensure consistent messaging.
• Share best practices and align digital activities with global MSF teams.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in digital fundraising or digital marketing.
• Proven record of growing online communities and generating income through digital channels.
• Strong analytical and reporting abilities using digital analytics tools.
• Experience managing suppliers and digital infrastructure (email, CRM, ad platforms, CMS, e‑commerce).
• Excellent copy‑writing, proofreading and tone‑of‑voice development.
• Ability to meet deadlines, work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Commitment to humanitarian work and MSF’s values.
