Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

This position is based in Ireland and offers the chance to lead high‑impact digital marketing initiatives in a data‑driven environment. You will work at the intersection of SEO, content, and performance marketing to boost online visibility and drive measurable business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across SEO, content marketing, and paid media to increase traffic, engagement, and conversions.
• Optimize website performance and search visibility through technical SEO, keyword research, and content enhancements.
• Manage and analyse campaign performance using analytics tools, delivering actionable insights and KPI reporting.
• Collaborate with content, product, and development teams to embed SEO best practices across digital assets.
• Configure and maintain tracking, tagging, and reporting frameworks (e.g., Google Tag Manager, GA4).
• Support content management within enterprise CMS platforms, ensuring consistency and performance alignment.
• Conduct competitor analysis and market research to uncover growth opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Business, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of hands‑on digital marketing experience in an enterprise or large‑agency setting.
• Strong expertise in SEO, content marketing, and paid‑media execution.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and detail‑oriented mindset.
