Digital Power Business Development Representative

About the role

Huawei Europe is seeking a motivated Business Development Representative to drive growth of digital power solutions for data centre projects in Ireland. You will work closely with customers, partners and internal teams to create compelling proposals and expand our market presence.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and research potential data‑center opportunities that require power solutions.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
• Coordinate with solution teams to craft mutually beneficial proposals.
• Conduct market research and engage stakeholders such as consultants, contractors and partners.
• Track, qualify and add prospects to the sales pipeline.
• Manage the end‑to‑end sales process.

Required profile

• Proven direct‑sales experience in the data‑center industry.
• Strong knowledge of UPS, battery and low‑voltage power distribution.
• Highly motivated, passionate about the data‑center sector and able to work independently.
• Established personal network in Ireland.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English.
• Ability to collaborate with multicultural teams and partners.
