Digital Trainer – Associate & Permanent Roles

About the role

DigiVerse is looking for experienced Digital Trainers to join a growing pipeline of adult learning programmes. The role involves delivering engaging, plain-language training on a range of digital topics, either in-person, online or in blended formats.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver training sessions on digital confidence, Microsoft 365, digital productivity, digital marketing, social media, website basics, e‑commerce, AI tools, cybersecurity and GDPR awareness.
• Adapt content to suit adult learners from SMEs, community groups or enterprise environments.
• Provide mentorship and support to learners, ensuring practical application of skills.
• Travel to client sites when required and manage training logistics.
• Prepare clear learning materials and assess learner progress.

Required profile

• Proven experience in training, tutoring, facilitation or mentoring adult learners.
• Strong digital subject knowledge across the listed topics.
• Learner‑centred delivery style with excellent communication and preparation skills.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
