Director, Consumer Credit Analytics & Global Product Manager

About the role

Mastercard is looking for a senior leader to drive the strategy and execution of its Consumer Credit Analytics product portfolio on a global scale. You will act as a product champion, balancing customer needs, commercial outcomes, operational scalability, and risk management.

Key responsibilities

• Partner closely with the Consumer Credit Analytics team to shape product development and go‑to‑market plans.
• Engage customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to gather feedback and validate product direction.
• Define success metrics and monitor product performance against business goals.
• Influence senior executives on market strategy and secure organizational support for regional initiatives.
• Lead cross‑functional teams, fostering innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 10+ years of product management experience, with at least 5 years leading product teams.
• Proven ability to think strategically, communicate at the executive level, and drive results in a fast‑moving environment.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong ownership and agility.
