Director, Identity & Access Management – Cyber Consulting

About the role

PwC is seeking a Director to lead its Identity & Access Management (IAM) practice within the Cyber Consulting Advisory line. You will guide a team of security professionals to design, implement, and manage IAM solutions for large‑scale client environments, ensuring secure and efficient access to critical resources.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute IAM strategies and solutions across diverse industry sectors.
• Advise clients on IAM best practices, standards, and regulatory requirements such as GDPR and HIPAA.
• Drive business growth by expanding IAM service offerings and nurturing client relationships.
• Manage, mentor, and develop a high‑performing cybersecurity team.
• Evaluate emerging IAM technologies, tools, and methodologies to maintain a leading‑edge portfolio.
• Stay current with IAM standards, protocols, and regulatory changes.

Required profile

• Extensive experience designing and implementing IAM solutions in large, complex environments.
• Proven ability to lead and develop high‑performing teams.
• Strong familiarity with IAM frameworks and standards such as NIST, ISO 27001, and CSA.
• Deep knowledge of identity management, access control, and authentication protocols.
• Experience integrating IAM practices with broader IT security strategies.
