About the role
Johnson & Johnson Services, Inc. is seeking a Director of Analytics to lead the development of AI‑infused analytics capabilities within its MedTech Supply Chain Digital & Data organization. The role will shape how data is turned into insight and action, driving fact‑based decision‑making across the enterprise.
Key responsibilities
- Define and execute the Analytics & AI vision for the organization.
- Build and scale advanced analytics and AI solutions that deliver measurable business impact.
- Partner with business leaders to embed proactive analytics into daily decision processes.
- Lead a cross‑functional team at the intersection of business, data, and technology.
Required profile
- Proven leadership experience in analytics or data‑driven roles.
- Strategic vision with a track record of delivering analytics initiatives.
- Ability to collaborate closely with senior business stakeholders.
