Director of People and Culture

About the role

The Director of People and Culture will lead the development and delivery of a People Strategy that supports both culture and performance across the organisation. Reporting to the CEO and sitting on the Senior Management Team, this senior leader will shape the people agenda during a period of significant change.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive People Strategy aligned with the 2026–2030 strategic plan.
• Lead organisational development, talent management, staff health and wellbeing, HR operations and workforce planning.
• Embed modern people processes and policies to drive an open, compassionate and inclusive culture.
• Collaborate closely with the CEO, Board and senior management to ensure resources, capability and structures meet service delivery needs.
• Oversee change management initiatives, organisational design and workforce planning across a multidisciplinary environment.

Required profile

• Values‑driven, experienced HR leader with a track record of senior‑level responsibility.
• Comfortable building relationships across large, multidisciplinary organisations.
• Expertise in workforce planning, organisational design and change management.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive cultural transformation.
