About the role
Specsavers in Crumlin, Dublin is seeking a qualified Dispensing Optician to join its team. The role involves providing high‑quality eye care services while working collaboratively in a busy retail environment.
Key responsibilities
- Dispense and fit spectacles and contact lenses according to prescriptions.
- Utilise clinical equipment, including OCT, to conduct eye examinations.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with optical assistants and other team members to deliver excellent customer service.
Required profile
- Qualified and CORU‑registered Dispensing Optician.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for community service.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Required skills
- Proficiency with OCT (Optical Coherence Tomography) equipment.
