About the role

We are seeking an Early Years Educator to join our centre in Rathfarnham, Dublin 16. The role involves delivering high‑quality early childhood education and ensuring a safe, nurturing environment for children.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and implement programmes aligned with the centre’s curriculum.
• Maintain a safe, secure, and stimulating learning and play environment.
• Monitor children’s development and encourage progress.
• Engage children in fun, educational activities while reinforcing positive behaviour.
• Organise indoor and outdoor activities.

Required profile

• Minimum QQI Level 5 childcare qualification or an equivalent recognised qualification.
• Strong command of the English language.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Flexibility and ability to work as part of a team.
