Ecommerce Marketing Assistant

About the role

BuyGoods is scaling rapidly and needs a dedicated professional to execute its ecommerce marketing campaigns. This part‑time position (20 hours/week) focuses on delivering high‑quality, on‑time promotions across multiple digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Execute marketing campaigns on email, social media, and ecommerce platforms.
• Manage product listings, promotions, and website updates.
• Coordinate and schedule content across TikTok Shop, Meta, LinkedIn, and email.
• Ensure all outputs are accurate, including links, CTAs, formatting, and timing.
• Support campaign launches, seasonal offers, and discount initiatives.
• Track basic performance metrics and assist with reporting.
• Act as a central point of coordination between internal teams and external partners.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in marketing or ecommerce (minimum 6 months in B2B marketing preferred).
• Hands‑on experience creating and publishing social media posts and campaigns.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with ecommerce platforms such as Shopify or Wix.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, less structured environment.
• Available for consistent daily part‑time hours in the EST timezone.
• Nice to have: experience with TikTok Shop.
