E‑Commerce & Shopify Marketing Executive

About the role

We are looking for an experienced E‑Commerce & Shopify Marketing Executive to join a growing retail business in Castlebar. The role focuses on driving online sales, improving the customer journey and delivering innovative digital campaigns across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and optimise the Shopify store, including product listings, pricing and promotions.
• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase traffic and conversion.
• Create, monitor and optimise paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok and other platforms.
• Analyse performance using Google Analytics (GA4), Shopify Analytics and reporting tools.
• Plan and run email marketing programmes to boost retention and repeat purchases.
• Produce engaging content for social media, blogs and promotional assets.
• Support SEO initiatives to grow organic traffic.
• Collaborate with sales and management on product launches and seasonal campaigns.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of experience in e‑commerce or digital marketing, preferably within a retail environment.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced setting.
• Excellent written communication and copy‑writing skills.
