EFL Teacher – Young Learners (Summer Programme) – Dublin

About the role

English Path is seeking enthusiastic EFL teachers to deliver its Young Learners Summer Programme in Dublin from 29 June to 7 August 2026. The role involves teaching international students aged 6‑16 in an immersive, project‑based environment that combines classroom instruction with cultural activities.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging English language lessons following the English Path syllabus.
• Assess student progress and maintain accurate attendance and academic records.
• Utilise a variety of teaching techniques suitable for multilingual classrooms.
• Develop or adapt teaching materials as needed.
• Participate in staff meetings, CPD sessions and assist with placement testing.
• Contribute to the broader summer programme experience through extracurricular activities.

Required profile

• CELTA, CertTESOL or equivalent TEFL qualification.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Proven experience teaching English as a Foreign Language.
• Strong understanding of ELT methodology in multilingual settings.
• Excellent classroom management and communication skills.

Required skills

• Ability to create interactive, communicative lessons.
• Familiarity with digital learning tools and classroom technology.
