EMEA Consumer Sales Executive Administrator

About the role

This position supports the VP of EMEA Sales and Global Channel Success, providing high‑level administrative, operational, and project assistance across the EMEA region. The role is based in either Madrid, Spain or Cork, Ireland, and may require occasional on‑site presence.

Key responsibilities

• Act as Office Manager for the Madrid and Cork offices, overseeing day‑to‑day operations.
• Manage a fast‑paced executive calendar, schedule meetings, appointments, and large‑scale events.
• Prepare expense reports, process purchase orders, and handle travel budgeting for large teams.
• Coordinate complex travel arrangements, partner meetings, and related logistics (venues, catering, itineraries).
• Organise internal meetings such as QBRs, All‑Hands, Sales Kick‑Offs, workshops, and training sessions.
• Support local and international events, both internal and partner‑facing.
• Handle internal communications, edit the quarterly newsletter, and maintain recognition programs.
• Collaborate with PR to compile monthly press clips and coordinate journalist outreach.
• Research and follow up on confidential issues, acting as a communication bridge between the EMEA lead and internal teams.
• Draft letters, correspondence, and project‑related materials while managing competing priorities.

Required profile

• Proven experience supporting executive‑level stakeholders in a fast‑paced environment.
• High degree of professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment.
• Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
• Strong attention to detail while working with speed and urgency.
• Comfortable handling numbers and financial data.

Required skills

• Proficient use of Microsoft Excel.
• Advanced slide design abilities (PowerPoint or equivalent).
