EMEA Plant Recruitment Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced EMEA Plant Recruitment Manager to lead high‑volume manufacturing hiring across multiple plant sites in Europe. This hands‑on leadership position will drive predictable talent delivery while partnering closely with plant leadership, HR, and operations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead regional plant hiring delivery and own end‑to‑end recruitment for hourly, skilled trades, technical and selected salaried roles.
• Translate SIOP and demand forecasts into actionable hiring plans and maintain alignment as demand shifts.
• Partner with plant and operations stakeholders to ensure hiring cadence matches production needs.
• Manage, coach and develop a team of six recruiters across several countries.
• Design and execute scalable sourcing strategies using direct sourcing, referrals, community partnerships and local networks.
• Oversee a hybrid delivery model that combines internal recruiters, contractors and external partners while controlling cost and quality.
• Standardise plant hiring ways of working, improve candidate experience and drive continuous process improvement.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing manufacturing/plant hiring at scale, not just exposure.
• Demonstrated success in high‑volume, fast‑paced recruitment with measurable outcomes.
• Strong ability to work with SIOP/demand forecasting and convert it into hiring execution.
• Excellent stakeholder leadership with plant and operations leaders.
• Comfortable operating in ambiguous, rapidly changing environments.
