Employee Relations Associate – HR Generalist

About the role

This position offers the chance to shape and deliver the Employee Relations agenda for Rehab Group. Working in a fast‑paced, multi‑site environment, you will provide expert advice and support to managers and stakeholders, helping to build a positive, compliant, and people‑focused workplace culture.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day employee relations advice to managers across multiple sites.
• Ensure compliance with Irish and EU employment legislation.
• Lead industrial relations matters, including negotiation, conflict resolution and mediation.
• Support performance management processes and drive employee engagement initiatives.
• Contribute to the development of fair and consistent HR policies.

Required profile

• Third‑level qualification in HR or Business (NFQ Level 8 or equivalent).
• Minimum 2 years of HR generalist experience in a fast‑paced, multi‑site setting.
• Up‑to‑date knowledge of Irish and EU employment law.

Required skills

• Strong understanding of industrial relations, negotiation and mediation techniques.
• Solid grasp of HR best practices, including performance management and employee engagement.
