Employment Solicitor – €85k‑105k (Hybrid)

About the role

This position joins a growing Employment team that advises a broad range of domestic and international clients, with a strong focus on complex work for financial services and institutional organisations.

Key responsibilities

• Handle contentious and advisory matters such as workplace investigations, protected disclosures, performance and disciplinary issues, senior exits and severance arrangements.
• Manage employment litigation before the Workplace Relations Commission, Labour Court and Circuit Court.
• Provide transactional support on share and asset sales, TUPE, vendor and buyer due diligence, and negotiate employment‑related provisions.
• Advise on employment contracts, policies, handbooks, industrial relations, pensions, benefits, corporate immigration and broader HR matters.

Required profile

• At least 1 year post‑qualification experience (PQE) in Employment Law.
• Experience gained within a leading corporate or specialist employment law firm.
• Strong technical, drafting and written communication abilities.
• Proven organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Excellent client relationship and communication skills, with a collaborative team approach.
• Strong academic background.
