Enablement Systems & Automation Specialist

About the role

LinkedIn is seeking an Enablement Systems & Automation Specialist to design, build, and maintain automation and integration solutions that power global learning programs. You will work within the Go‑To‑Market Enablement (GTME) team, turning manual, repeatable tasks into scalable, AI‑driven workflows that improve consistency and efficiency across the enablement ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automations, integrations, and AI‑driven workflows that reduce manual effort.
• Automate learner experiences through curriculum and event‑management processes.
• Scale enablement operations by creating reusable frameworks and tools.
• Navigate enterprise governance, access approvals, and policy requirements without direct authority.
• Provide performance insights and operational reporting for global learning programs.

Required profile

• Strong influencing and stakeholder‑management skills in a large enterprise environment.
• Experience working with learning and development technology platforms.
• Ability to translate complex ideas into operational reality.
• Self‑starter attitude with a focus on rigor and momentum.
